Every ride has a shape. The app reads it and answers in one sentence.
Cycling apps add a chart every year and explain a little less. The concept starts from the other end: one sentence after the ride, and the charts only when you ask why.
The model compares the shape of the ride with the intent you set before it, so coaching reads as a comparison rather than a verdict. Built as a working iOS prototype with real gestures and real data.
