Teams were running the week in one tool, the strategy in another, and the argument about both in a third. For an assistant to be useful it had to read all three, so the first decision was structural rather than visual: one model of the team’s work, and every screen a view onto it.

The AI strategist answers in the language of the roadmap — objectives, owners, the week — and always shows the rows it read. The whole thing was prototyped in code before engineering saw a ticket, so motion, empty states and failure modes were argued about on a device instead of in a deck.
