Three greys, two radii and a documentation site nobody trusted. The first pass was less a design problem than an inventory problem: what exists, what is actually used, and what can quietly go away.

Tokens became a typed source of truth, the component set was rebuilt code-first, and the documentation turned into working examples. Designers edit variables, engineers consume the same names, and the next redesign never has to happen.
