A spec tool where comments attach to the actual UI, not a screenshot in a thread.
Problem
Feedback lived in Figma, Slack, and tickets. Engineering never knew which version was current.
Approach
I prototyped annotated live views: the component is the document. Comments, states, and acceptance criteria sit on the same surface.
Outcome
A working prototype used internally to replace status meetings with a single source of review.
